Previously he had served as Director-General, International Trade Policy Bureau. He joined MITI (METI's predecessor) in 1968.  Mr. Charles M. Holley, Jr. is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wal-Mart International, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and is responsible for directing Wal-Mart's international mergers and acquisitions activity. He joined Wal-Mart's International Division in 1994, was promoted to Vice President in 1996 and to Senior Vice President in 1999.  Mr. J. Joseph (Joe) King is Vice Chairman and CEO, Molex Inc. He joined in 1975. In 1996, he was named Executive Vice President and was given responsibility for Molex's functional groups, worldwide. In 1999 he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and in 2001 Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Alan P. Mr. David Blake is the Publisher of Crain's Chicago Business. A 21-year veteran of Crain's,  Mr. Blake was named publisher in 2000. Pike, is Vice President of Operations for Cabot Microelectronics Corporation. Mr. Pike directed the construction, staffing, start-up and operation of Cabot Microelectronics' manufacturing and distribution facilities in Japan and South Korea. He serves as President, Nihon Cabot Microelectronics, KK.  Mr. Masamitsu Shiseki is a Counsellor for Civil Affair in the Ministry of Justice, appointed to the position in 2002. He has served as a Judge in the Osaka District Court, Yamagate District and Family Court, and the Tokyo District Court. In 1990 he was appointed as an Attorney in the Civil Affair Bureau of the Ministry of Justice and was promoted to Counsellor three years ago. Mr. William A. Streff, Jr. is a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis, one of the practice group leaders of the Firm's 125-member Intellectual Property Department; a member of the Firm Management Committee and a member and former Chairman of the Firm's Technology Committee.  Mr. Hiroshi Tsukamoto, was named President of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) on June 17, 2002. He was previously President of The Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA). Mr. Tsukamoto joined Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry (METI's predecessor) in 1968, and has had overseas assignments in Indonesia, London and New York.
