Please join us on March 4, 2003 for a JETRO
Executive Briefing,
"Biotechnology: The Kansai Midwest Relationship."
(See attached file:
JETRO3.4.pdf)
The Japanese biotechnology market is forecast to reach $200 billion by
2010. As the Japanese biotech market continues to accelerate, the life
science communities throughout the Midwest have an opportunity to discover business and research opportunities with their Japanese counterparts-opportunities perhaps never considered in the past, but critical to
existing and aspiring global biotechnology companies and research
institutes.
We are fortunate to have unprecedented access to three leading
Biotechnology representatives from Japan’s Kansai area providing in-depth
perspectives concerning Japan’s biotechnology market, licensing
opportunities, investment in the commercialization of bio-innovation, and
the incentives available for companies to do business in the Kansai area.
We welcome everyone in the Midwest life science and biotech communities to attend this very unique event. Following the presentations there will be an opportunity for questions and networking. Please evaluate our agenda and join us on March 4. There is no cost for this program, but please register in advance.
